Using a mobile abroad can be expensive if not planned properly. Lavanta divides countries into three regions for transparent pricing.
Regions
- Region 1: EU countries, the Balkans, Northern Cyprus and Azerbaijan
- Region 2: USA, Gulf countries, the Far East and the United Kingdom
- Region 3: Other countries
Roaming packs
For Region 1, the 7-day 5 GB pack is 299 TRY and the 30-day 15 GB pack is 699 TRY. Packs for Regions 2 and 3 range from 449 to 1,299 TRY. A pack covers data; calls and SMS are charged by usage.
Bill shock protection
When data use abroad exceeds 500 TRY you are alerted by SMS and app notification; data is stopped until you approve. Prepaid lines never spend beyond their balance anyway.

Which network does Lavanta Mobil use?
Lavanta is a virtual operator using a contracted national mobile network infrastructure. Coverage and speed performance are those of the main network, reaching about 97% of the population.
What documents are needed to open a line?
Only a national ID card is needed. In the app you scan your ID card and do face verification. Foreign nationals need a passport or residence permit.
What is eSIM and does my device support it?
eSIM is a digital SIM embedded in the device. You can see support status with the device compatibility check in the app or the Add eSIM option in your phone's SIM manager menu.
Will there be service interruption when I port my number?
There may be a short interruption of a few hours on porting day. Your eSIM takes effect as soon as porting completes. Porting generally takes one to three working days.
Are charges taken automatically when my plan ends?
On prepaid plans, if auto-renewal is on the plan renews if your balance is sufficient; otherwise service pauses. You can turn auto-renewal off in the app. On postpaid lines extra use appears on the next bill.
